Q. What is NameStand.com's policy on SPAM?

A. We do not tolerate the sending of unsolicited commercial e-mail or "SPAM" at all.  We will immediately suspend any domain without warning or refund that sends out unsolicited commercial e-mail.

This does not apply to OPT-IN lists.  That is lists that people ASK to receive your e-mailed advertisement or newsletters.  It is your responsibiltiy to maintain records of each request.
