Q. Do you offer e-mail redirects or forwarders?

A. Yes.  An e-mail redirect or forwarder is an e-mail address that, contrary to to the POP3 account, does not have an actual mailbos, but rather forwards e-mail to another e-mail address.

Redirects can also be used to generate alias names for your POP3 account without actually using one of your alloted e-mail accounts.  For example, you are required to have two e-mail addresses active and monitored, abuse@your-domain.com and postmaster@your-domain.com.  Rather than using e-mail accounts for these two addresses, create a redirect or forwarder.

Please not that for the purpose of this FAQ we use the "your-domain.com" as a place holder for your actual domain name.
